V rámci projektu V4 Generation Mobility Mini Grants financovaného Medzinárodným Vyšehradským fondom naša škola usporiada stolársku súťaž „ The talented carpenter“ (Talentovaný stolár). Pricestujú ku nám žiaci spolu s učiteľmi z našej partnerskej školy , Střední školy stavební a dřevozpracujíci v Ostrave, v Českej republike. Mobilita žiakov sa uskutoční od 16.3.2026 do 20.3.2026 v našej škole v Košiciach. Žiaci zo Slovenska a Čiech budú mať možnosť ukázať svoje schopnosti vo vyhotovení výrobkov podľa výkresov. Projekt bude trvať od 02.02.2026 do 15.07.2026.
As part of the V4 Generation Mobility Mini Grants project funded by the International Visegrad Fund, our school will organize a carpentry competition "The Talented Carpenter" (Talentovaný stolár). Students, along with their teachers, will come to us from our partner school, Střední škola stavební a dřevozpracující in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The student mobility will take place from March 16, 2026, to March 20, 2026, at our school in Košice. Students from Slovakia and the Czech Republic will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in making products based on drawings. The project will run from February 2, 2026, to July 15, 2026.

Hlavný cieľ projektu:
Hlavným cieľom projektu je podpora mladých talentov a motivácia žiakov odboru stolár a rozvoj ich technických zručnosti. Medzinárodná účasť umožní prezentáciu rôznych prístupov k spracovaniu dreva, podporí medzinárodnú komunikáciu a výmenu skúsenosti. Chceme tiež budovať obraz stolárskeho remesla ako stále atraktívneho pre mladých ľudí. Budeme podporovať udržateľné remeslo využívaním ekologických materiálov a efektívnym spracovaním dreva. Rôzne kultúrne aktivity a tímové hry umožnia vytváranie kontaktov a posilnia partnerstvo medzi našimi školami.
Main goal of the project:
The main goal of the project is to support young talents and motivate students in the carpentry field, as well as to develop their technical skills. International participation will allow the presentation of different approaches to woodworking, support international communication, and the exchange of experience. We also aim to build the image of the carpentry craft as continuously attractive to young people. We will promote sustainable craftsmanship by using ecological materials and efficient wood processing. Various cultural activities and team games will enable networking and strengthen the partnership between our schools.
